I needed to return an item. The item took almost three weeks to be delivered while I was away on holiday. I was told that I had seven days from delivery. I was only able to collect the item after I came back from holiday. How is it possible to be given ample time to collect the product but returns are calculated from when it was delivered? This is a very poor and rigid policy. No business from me ever again from this faceless company with no contact number.
I have been holding on to be connected to this company for almost thirty minutes. This call is regarding an existing booking. Have we become so used to bad bad service in South Africa to accept this quality of service?
I had to return several items due to various reasons. My refund credit was put into a Temu credit balance linked to my account and not refunded to my credit card as requested. I will not order from them again, because my choice of refunding was not honoured. I now need to re-order to use credit balance.b
I was in Pep Stores, Somerset Mall. The service was absolutely non-existing. There are no assistants on the floor to help. The line at the till ,was not moving at the till with several elderly people waiting for more than 15 minutes to be helped while there is only one till point working. What is the point of having a manager ? This is unacceptable. Is this how the new South Africa has to function? A store rendering such poor service and attitude have no right to open their doors. The only other person in sight was so busy , not looking up from her desk. Surely, when there are 6 people lined up, not moving she should leave her desk and assist until the late-comer cashiers who stormed into the store at 10 am, pitches.
I have submitted my first order to Shein. There were 11 items in the cart, but only 3 are being processed and I have paid the full amount. Really, this is not what I bargained for. I have emailed them, but thus far, no response. I am absolutely devastated by the service.
I have always used the portal to make bookings, but lately there is no option to contact them directly should any problem arise, regarding the booking. There are only FAQ ,s which are not solving my problem. Why can I not email them directly like before? One of the issues that I have , is that the suggested tariff for the accommodation differs from the price that are eventually quoted to me, which is way more than the special rate on the ad. Really, this is no longer a viable option to book accommodation.
Cape Nature platform is really frustrating. They take extremely long to answer phones. They redirect to the website for bookings, which I did,but received no confirmation of booking and had to go back to phone lines. Really frustrating. Going for the dogs lije most other government institutions??
I have frequented two stores for many years. There is a change in staff and noticeable change in attitudes which is intimidating. What happened to friendliness and helpfulness ?? I will have to find a different retailer for groceries. Nobody needs to be treated with disre spect.
I have ordered two pairs of shoes online , paid for the order through paypal. I have heard nothing and they don't respond to my emails. Is this a scam???
I had to order a new landline phone because the one issued by Telkom is not working, due to poor quality. We were told the new phone, costing me R900, will be available within 24 hours. This was 6 weeks ago. In the meantime I have to pay my Telkom bill each month for NO service. Please, never consider Telkom for anything.
