Clothing junction ONLINE seems like a ****

I placed an order online on the 16th on Dec it's the 23rd now and i never received an email or any communication whether my product is in dispatch or not nothing. I tried phoning them and using their WhatsApp number but it's not in working. I even sent an email to all absolute no reply🤦🏻‍♀️help?
