Bad Service

On 27 February 2025 I placed an order with a Whatsapp online store called Clothing SA and the owner is Nikki Steyn. I never received my order and I then asked for my money back. Nikki agreed to pay back my money. Up to this moment I have not received my money back. I ask her every day for it, but every day she has another excuse and she lies openly by telling me that she has paid it into my bank account. When I then ask for a proof of payment, she says that she will send it to me but she never does
