Cloud 9 beds

Bed is good but 20 years warranty and all isn’t true. They come with stories , turn mattresses up down , left , right etc. problem still exist one side is completely finished. Don’t fix or replace . Above is for an old Queen bed. Then brand 3 quarter not very good quality as expected.. Bought recently single 120 Kg , sinking one side the very first use for a 78 Kg weight person, only received an email from cloud 9 company , a month ago, no technical department came to fix that. They shouldn’t fool the customers with 20 years warranty etc. Just say, buy as is.
