Would like to commend Carson from Cloud 9 Gqeberha for the outstanding service he has provided. Cannot thank him enough. We had some bed issues... he changed the bed, twice ..... then realised we made a wrong decision switching from the foam based to spring. He assisted us with an upgrade for a very low fee, never once giving us a hard time. Very thankful.

I purchased a mattress through mattress warehouse late November 2024. it started to get permanent indentations in the pillow top within a month. I contacted Mattress warehouse and they got me in touch with cloud 9. A consultant came to my house and said we could exchange for similar or upgrade. I got an email response with no explanation of the issue but was given an option to purchase another mattress if I paid an additional amountof over R2500 and it must be within 30 days. I was not happy with this and communicated with a sales person at their office in Queensmead Durban. I stated that we needed to see and test the mattress.I was given a store to go to to look at bed but when We arrived it the store did not have it. this store was 50 kms from home. I had to go to their warehouse to see the beds which is over 70 kms from home. I also checked prices online for the proposed bed and the difference was a lot less than what they wanted to charge me. This was totally ignored and the manager was not available and never communicated with me. The sent a similar exchange price and I have refused this. for reasons previously outlined to them. I have had no feedback so assume I will have to keep the mattress

The service sucks very poor product i bought severel ranges of matress from them. I had to replace them numerous times because of sagging the process is tedious and annoying if you are looking for a bed set go somewhere else i promise you, you will be disappointed with this product you have been warned.

Bed is good but 20 years warranty and all isn’t true. They come with stories , turn mattresses up down , left , right etc. problem still exist one side is completely finished. Don’t fix or replace . Above is for an old Queen bed. Then brand 3 quarter not very good quality as expected.. Bought recently single 120 Kg , sinking one side the very first use for a 78 Kg weight person, only received an email from cloud 9 company , a month ago, no technical department came to fix that. They shouldn’t fool the customers with 20 years warranty etc. Just say, buy as is. Bought one

I have purchased a lot of linen from Cloud 9 over the past 10 years .. I’m Very disappointed with the last two inner King duvets … they are releasing fluff in huge amounts and causing a mess …we are not using it and want it collected and refunded . It’s absolute junk .. for some reason the quality has deteriorated.It’s not the quality I used to get . I have pictures of the mess it has caused . I’m very very disappointed and won’t be buying from this company again .

Last year I purchased "the best" bed for a small fortune. From the first month the mattress sagged. I reported it to Cloud 9 which took forever to come back to me. Long story short - eventually they sent out their specialist who accessed to mattress and couldn't find anything wrong. I complained again and they replaced the mattress with exactly the same make. I experienced the same problem with the new mattress. Another call to Cloud 9 - again took ages to get back to me. Sent out the specialist .... didn't find anything wrong .... and now they just ignore my follow ups. This is the most expensive and uncomfortable mattress I owned in my life. Very very disappointing. I see similar complaints/reviews on the Cloud 9 mattresses. I wish I did my homework before I made the purchase and not believe the salesman!!!!!! Expense lesson learned.

Somehow i was not surprised to see all the other bad reviews. At least they came out to view the problem but that's where it stopped. I was told that the sag was acceptable. So i guess the back aches will continue. Matress not even a year old. Unbelievable that Cloud Nine has this kind of attitude in today's economic climate. Bedworld who marketed the bed had all the promises in the world until I came back with a claim, that's when all of the sudden they pointed us to Cloud Nine head office. Please stay away from Cloud Nine and Bedworld

We bought a mattress from Cloud Nine less then 10 months a ago and it seems to be sinking in the middle, we got a guy from cloud nine in to inspect it and as we though it had dipped pretty badly . The inspector had told us that " It was the worse he has seen". Of course you would then think it was easily replaced? NO! They asked us to pay extra for what we deemed as a manufacturers defect. Absolutely pathetic and not helpful at all.
