I am very very frustrated. I have a Life policy with Old Mutual.I want to make some changes, but it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone there ! It’s really not easy .. I’ve tried since November and I’ve really had it !Why is it so difficult to get anyone on the phone ? Do I need to physically go there ? Refinery Rosebank Mall Poor service ! Went to exchange and return items and they wasted my time and then told me they have no cash !! Very very disappointed… I need to go to another branch !

Very poor service from Rosebank Mall Carlton hair . I spent alot of money on a treatment that didn’t work .. The ladies even mentioned that the batch they used could have been a problem .. BUT they did nothing to sort it out .
Very disappointed with Rosebank Carlton Hair . Paid for a treatment that had no effect . Contacted them .. got the run around . Escalated to Head office!! Absolutely no interest in resolving the matter .. Carlton Hair has really disappointed me ! The standard is not what it used to be .
Worst service ever! They claimed that they cannot reach me telephonically … When I try to call them .. you can’t get hold of a single person ! There whole system sucks ! I have no missed calls from them ! I will never order online because BuFfalo is the worst !The idiots have my address ? Still can’t deliver … !
I have purchased a lot of linen from Cloud 9 over the past 10 years .. I’m Very disappointed with the last two inner King duvets … they are releasing fluff in huge amounts and causing a mess …we are not using it and want it collected and refunded . It’s absolute junk .. for some reason the quality has deteriorated.It’s not the quality I used to get . I have pictures of the mess it has caused . I’m very very disappointed and won’t be buying from this company again .
Very disappointed. Orderd veggie Burgers with pineapple.The lady said she needs to make the Joni burger , vegetarian for the pine apple to be included . As a customer we don’t know what Jojo is ! She then delivers it with bacon and a meat Patti. I am so disappointed in the poor level of training … it’s pathetic! When we called to complain , the so called Manager kept saying , that the Jojo burger comes with bacon …. unbelievable!
Please don’t sign up with ADT ! Service is very bad . The point of contact , technical team who assured us they will be assisting … absolutely abandoned us after we signed up ! It’s just a sales pitch to get the business . The accounts dept have blacklisted my husband .. without any communication… When we asked the guy who was assisting us , he said he will sort it out . To date he hasn’t contacted us ! And their response time is one hour if you are lucky ! We have cancelled and have found a much better company to deal with .
