Spur.. Vegetarian Meals have meat in it !
Very very disappointed and disturbed . I am vegetarian and ordered Fried Mushrooms and it had bits of chicken in it ! The same thing happened before … So .. they are frying vegetarian food with the meat !! This is appalling!! I will never eat at Spur Again .

Poor service Nestle /Nespresso head office !
Very bad service from Head office . Came all the way for help because it’s impossible to reach anyone telephonically for months ! Mbali Mbongwa assured she will get a rep to call us . It’s for a new business. She refused to give us any contact numbers . Only an email which was never responded to !For such a big brand , Nespresso is handled very poorly . This is going to be escalated to Nespresso /Nestle , Internationally.That’s for sure ! Some training and restructuring is needed desperately and immediately!

Unable to get in touch with anyone to assist for Months !
I am very very frustrated. I have a Life policy with Old Mutual.I want to make some changes, but it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone there ! It’s really not easy .. I’ve tried since November and I’ve really had it !Why is it so difficult to get anyone on the phone ? Do I need to physically go there ? I hope to get an email by the end of this month .. or I will escalate even further ! naidookeshni@gmail.com

Very bad service !
Refinery Rosebank Mall Poor service ! Went to exchange and return items and they wasted my time and then told me they have no cash !! Very very disappointed… I need to go to another branch !

Very very bad customer service .. Carlton Hair Rosebank mall
Very poor service from Rosebank Mall Carlton hair . I spent alot of money on a treatment that didn’t work .. The ladies even mentioned that the batch they used could have been a problem .. BUT they did nothing to sort it out .

Poor quality treatment
Very disappointed with Rosebank Carlton Hair . Paid for a treatment that had no effect . Contacted them .. got the run around . Escalated to Head office!! Absolutely no interest in resolving the matter .. Carlton Hair has really disappointed me ! The standard is not what it used to be .

Pathetic service from Buffalo !
Worst service ever! They claimed that they cannot reach me telephonically … When I try to call them .. you can’t get hold of a single person ! There whole system sucks ! I have no missed calls from them ! I will never order online because BuFfalo is the worst !The idiots have my address ? Still can’t deliver … !

Very poor quality Cloud 9 beds
I have purchased a lot of linen from Cloud 9 over the past 10 years .. I’m Very disappointed with the last two inner King duvets … they are releasing fluff in huge amounts and causing a mess …we are not using it and want it collected and refunded . It’s absolute junk .. for some reason the quality has deteriorated.It’s not the quality I used to get . I have pictures of the mess it has caused . I’m very very disappointed and won’t be buying from this company again .
