Intertown Transport severely damaged our products during transport. The damage to product was in excess of R50k. They initially disputed the fact and now they are completely ignoring us. Obviously summons will be our next step. But be warned if you are looking for a courier company use someone else
We purchased electricity on the fnb app. We did not received the token. Since then we have been communicating with fnb but to date no resolve. Do not purchase electricity with fnb
Please be warned, based on our experience, that Navigate Underwriting Managers do not honour the insured values on watercraft, even after providing documentation from SA's leading watercraft resellers proving our case did they only offer approx 70% of the replacement value. We will ensure, whenever possible, to warn people about the risks of insuring their watercraft with navigate.
Have had multiple business accounts with Std Bank for almost 20 years now. The service continues to decline. My business banker sometimes doesn't respond to emails. What has now caused me to consider moving to FNB is the fact that my business banker at K90 branch, blatantly and without any merit denied us even applying for finance on a motor vehicle. What is insane is that the businesses combined hold over R17m in assets and combined has an annual turnover of over R20m. And hold on for the best part, we want to put down a 50% deposit on the value of the vehicle.
Unable to contact takealot in order to report a driver that has damaged property and left without resolving the matter.
This company which is run by Ramon Wolff, has delivered substandard work on my pool. They refuse to return and resolve the issues. Be warned
Submitted claim, was firstly told that we were not allowed to move the item without informing them so they not honouring the claim. Then the story changed that the item description on the policy does not match the actual product. We proved it does but the claim was still not honoured. We have lawyers as tenants and we are now being sued because they have increased costs of working due to the claim not being honoured
Ordered cupboards from DC Fabricators. After numerous promises to deliver at agreed dates and missing every single date, they eventually delivered 2 months late. After installing everything there were numerous issues that had to be repaired. They would take stuff to be repaired and then threaten to drive through the gates to take their stuff if they weren't paid, however nothing was complete. The worst experience i have had with cupboard guys.
Been more than a month since applying for a business home loan. My partner and I have excellent credit records and the business is rather profitable. However here we are, a month later, at other banks the results are within a week yet at Nedbank not. Very frustrating and we are about to lose the house.
Tried to order a new card. What a joke. After an hour on the phone with multiple different call centres, nothing. App freezes when ordering on it. Now i am told i have to go to a branch. Time to move my business accounts to standard bank
