This courier service is the worst. They lost my daughter's matric certificate sent by Brima Logistics from PTA to Piketberg. They have not communicated with us to let us know what's going on. We had to find out from a third party courier service they lost the parcel. There is no paperwork or waybill available from them to track our parcel, instead they just ignore us and claim they didn't lose it. There is no company number or manager to contact. Instead we have to deal with a driver that can't even communicate property

My parcel was out for delivery on Friday and I didn’t receive it. I called their office to be told that it was brought back to them. The driver claimed that he had called me, I double checked if they had my correct cellphone number, which they had. Not once did the driver try to call me.

I use Intertown Transport (ITT). It’s been over two weeks now. I’ve been emailing and WhatsApping them about my parcel is lost. They are dragging their feet, even though they know their staff stole my parcel. 😡😡😡 Their service is 0% — absolutely shameful. I will never use them again. I have to ask them every day for feedback, and it’s like every time I ask, they suddenly remember and do a follow-up only after you hang up the call. Once you drop the call, you are forgotten. The cellphone was suppose to be a Christmas gift.

I would definitely give this courier company a 0 rating if I could. Why would you send back a parcel when you didn't even call the recipient when you were "attempting" delivery. Mind you this if after 1 "attempt", that's very *****. Your workers are clearly pathetic and lazy. I'm so angry!

Waybill number 20297603 was not received and not delivered to 41 Echo Road Elsies River Clarkes Estate Western Cape 7490 and nor did the driver made contact with me or my wife on 27714306044. I would like this parcel to be delivered to me by 1 November 2025 or 2 November 2025 at 8am. The way the driver was lying states he have been doing this all the time and now my parcel are missing. If I don't get parcel by the dates requested InterTown Transport will be liable to refund me R2500 and I am requesting that this driver should be dismissed

Intertown Transport severely damaged our products during transport. The damage to product was in excess of R50k. They initially disputed the fact and now they are completely ignoring us. Obviously summons will be our next step. But be warned if you are looking for a courier company use someone else
