I use Intertown Transport (ITT). It’s been over two weeks now. I’ve been emailing and WhatsApping them about my parcel is lost. They are dragging their feet, even though they know their staff stole my parcel. 😡😡😡 Their service is 0% — absolutely shameful. I will never use them again. I have to ask them every day for feedback, and it’s like every time I ask, they suddenly remember and do a follow-up only after you hang up the call. Once you drop the call, you are forgotten. The cellphone was suppose to be a Christmas gift.
I did click and collect, my worst nightmare. I went to collect my parcel and a guy called " cash" he refuse to give his real name, said he could not find it. He will check the next morning. Around 11:00 am I called they said he is out they will tell him. I called customer care the parcel is there. He then called me so rude and told me he went to the childs school ealier, I was suppose to wait for his call not to call customer service. When I said its very time consuming to go all the way back there. He said "Hay suka do whatever you want" and drop the phone on my ear.
I am so disappointed in the level of exipirience of their towing services department. I had mechanical breakdowm yesterday, I called and the lady that assisted me said her supervisor will call me back after 5 to 10 minutes. Waited an hour with no one calling back. I called again same thing hapenned and I waited another 30 more minutes. To find out when I called the 3rd time that there is no need for the manager to call. I am very disappointed in their service.
Their service is pathetic, I order goods fro temu and paid for my customs on the 29th, two days after Temu paid my money back to say there was something wrong with delivery. I have been trying to call them to get my customs money for over a week now. Each person that I talk to says a different story. I am so annoyed.
I am so furious with Capitec, I am moving my salary and everything from them. Yesterday they block my account now they dragging their feet to realise the funds to the people I was sending the money to. Its a stokvel money and people have already planned for their money. Customer service is 0%.
I will never buy a car in Richmond again, it was my third time buying from we buy cars . First two expiriences were excellent but made a huge mistake buying from Richmond . As soon as I paid Wayne did not bother about my sale. I had to arrange my own courier he was too busy, when I went to fetch the car, it was not cleared on the syatem. I had to wait. He has zero customer service. If you not at their branch, run far away from being assisted by him.
Not entirely happy with thw service they gave, I submitte a claim for car collision on the 14th April. My claim was processed and captured, it was approved last week Thursday but they cant pay it out till the courier company come pick up the natis paper and spare keys, been waiting for the collection since last week thursday. I called them because my car hire is expiring, they said nothing can be done on their sidw I need to return the car. They cant release the payment while im still seating with the natis papers and keys. I dont know how will I get to work and take my kids to school. I took out car hire with my insurance to be secured.
I am without a wifi for a week now, I reported on sartuday last wek till now the technician dis bot come out, i am very disappointed in your service, but I paid my full subcription.
*********** staff. If you joining a new company never sign up with anything that have to do fairsure. I Called numerous times no one answers the phone, and if you email your query you get transfered from pillar to post no relavant person that is willing to help you. I regret the day I joined Sala. I am so worried about my hard earned money they are administering. I cannot wait for me to leave and have nothing to do with them.
I bought a car from we buy cars in Rivehorse from a consultant named Sibusiso Mbatha. He was so professional and patient with me, he's service was excellent. He kept me posted on everything. I am impressed with his service.
