I submitted my Two‑Pot withdrawal to Fairsure more than a month ago, and to date there has been no resolution. Despite numerous follow‑up calls, I have not been issued with a reference number for my claim. Calls frequently get cut off, and when I am transferred to the relevant department, no one responds or returns calls. On the few occasions that I do get through, promises are made but never kept, with no clear communication on the status of my withdrawal or realistic timelines for payment. Each interaction results in conflicting information, and no accountability. This ongoing lack of communication and administrative inefficiency around a time‑sensitive Two‑Pot withdrawal is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary stress. Clients should not have to chase continuously with no feedback or progress. I am requesting urgent intervention, a proper reference number, and finalization of my Two‑Pot withdrawal without any further delays.

Been 3 months since i tried to withdraw my funds, all documents was except a d in January i called after 45 time i got an answer that said my money will be paid in February. I cant get hold of them as they never answer to any emails, i tried 9 times and they just have an stupid machine that answer and you hold on for hours. They are useless

Fairsure submitted the wrong ROT 02 to SARS It is now 2 months and they have done nothing, I have laid a complaint with SARS and the PFA to get my tax information rectified Sabelo Nyembe give a call or reply personally to me don't send a AI generated reply. Your 100% blacked owned BBBEE rating is a disgrace and ***********

I am waiting more then two weeks to find out if my documents are received. They don't answer there phone and only send mail once said they will contact me in 48 hours it's now tweo weeks later and no reply.

In 2024 my wife resigned from work and Fairsure handled her Pension fund. Up till today they have not submitted any documents to SARS. My wife cannot do her tax return because of this document not being sent to SARS. SARS are now charging my wife a late penalty of R500 every month that her return is not submitted. Fairsure Keeps giving her excuses to why they have not submitted the documents every time she calls them.
