Fairsure submitted the wrong ROT 02 to SARS It is now 2 months and they have done nothing, I have laid a complaint with SARS and the PFA to get my tax information rectified Sabelo Nyembe give a call or reply personally to me don't send a AI generated reply. Poor service and respons after order is placed and paid for after 30 days still waiting for order to be delivered. Difficult to get person to answer telephone
I admitted my 30 notice to stop being a member of keyhealth. They sent e mail that it was received. I stopped my debit order at my bank.Keyhealth sent me mail that I am not a member anymore. But deducted a premium. My bank gave my money back. Now keyhealth send me a sms stating that my membership will be terminated in 3 days if I don't pay my nonexistent membership. Keyhealth you are useless
Mr Patrick Masobe the CEO of keyhealth does not respond to members could he please contact me but it will not happen
I was a member for 37 years and my wife was retrenched. I could not afford ithe gold option and asked to move to a hospital plan. It was declined. A computer communication reply was sent to me. No human called me to listen to my problem. I stopped my membership and moved to Discovery medical aid . Bad service from keyhealth. I will not recommend them to anybody
Fairsure does not honor there websites promise that they will reply to a problem within 3 to 5 days. It does not happen. It is now nearly 30 days. Mr Sabelo Nyembe CEO does not exist or he does not know how useless his company is. Trying to get my IRP 5 e mailed to me
Tshwane provident fund does not know how to send an IRP 5 to e mail address or to generate an IRP 5. Even Frans Manganye does not know. I have sent mail to many people to no avail

<p>My wife was in a car accident. She was just driving to work and a person lost control of there car and collided with my wifes car. Now Standard bank insurance says there is a 70% - 30% liability. How do they work tha out. The reson admmitted guilt so must be 100% liabile?</p>
