POOR SERVICE, I HAVE EVER RECEIVED, I WOULDNT RECOMMENT ANYBODY TO USE FAIRSURE, THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS, THEY DONT RESPOND TO CALLS, THEY PROMISE TO SORT OUT YOUR PROBLEMS, STILL MONTHS LATER YOUR PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED, I HAVE A PENSION FUND WITH FAIRSURE, THEY DIDNT CAPTURE AND SUBMIT MY DETAILS TO SARS, I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING THIS SINCE 2025 JULY, TILL DATE I KEEP ACCUMULATING R500 PENALTIES EVERYMONTH FROM SARS, AND IM STLL NOT ASSISTED, I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pathetic service from Telkom. My account is debited on the 25th of every month. but every month by the 29th or 30 they suspend the service stating they have not received my payment. every month my family of 6 has suffer because Wifi is suspended, and I have to buy Data,since children use the Wifi for school.
Highly dissapointed with TELKOM.. Ive been your customer for more than 5 years.. hower since last week, My home Wife has been disconnected, Account is up to dat. We have made several attempts to report this fault, which keeps being escalated with no sucess. I have a family of 6 people including 3 children who utilises WIFI for studying purposes.. WHAT an INCONVINIENCE!!!
On the 1st July 2022, i went to Woolworths Gateway abd bought items to the value of R2364. When i get home and i realised 1 Item was rung and added on my slip, but i never received it, I went back to Gateway store to query the extra item i was charged.. the manager at customer services viewed the video footage, saw that the item was packed and i refunded. A Simple explanation as to how that happened or just an apology from a person at senior level would have been appreciated. Woolworths is hiring unethical staff shame, as this is my second incidence..i felt very betrayed, and nobody apologised for such an unethical incidence😒
Poor customer service and lack of experience and knowledge. Eversince my fibre was installed on the 28th October 2021, till date im still having problems with connectivity, Im still unable to connect, Worse part ive just received an invoice billing me for services i have never used requesting me to pay for devices i have never utiled and the whole department including managers and supervisors do not seem to know what the problem is because im still unable to connect. So what am i being charged for because i have suffered a loss with the counteless calls i have been making to the call center with no assistance Highly frustrated and dissapointed Mrs Zama Nkabinde
On Friday the 26th November 2021 i went to Telkom Gateway Durban, i applied for uncapped Wifi and i was assisted by a consultant bu the name of Senzi, when she completed doing the upgrade successfully, she advised they dont have stock of the router and i should come back on Monday to collect it, today is the 1st December, still no router received and nobody knows when or how the router will be received
On the 28th October 2021 a first time installation was done on my premises by Zoom and Home Connect.. till date the Wifi is still not connected, Im stuck with a router that is not working. I purchased my iphone6s for cash at Foschini Gateway in May 2020 In july 2020 the phone overheated and just went blank.. i took my iphone with the box and proof of payment to Foschini.. They have been unable to assist me since the 15 July because there seems to be a problem with my apple ID.. My phone is still with Foschini, unatended . And they have advised they cannot help me further in order to book my iphone for repairs..Im sooo sad with the level of service from Foschini Gateway and Apple istore. I would like to extend my dissapointment regarding a Nedbank Banker by the name of Verenia at the Bluff , durban branch . The uneficient, poor service we have received from her and her team. On the 27th December we submitted documents for the distribution of our funds to 14 stokfel members.. It is with great sadness that up to date, We have not received the funds after 10 days.. When we query with the branch we are advised that Verenia is on leave, and they cant process anything untill she comes back.. Regardless we have provided them with another copy of submited documents..
