I submitted my Two‑Pot withdrawal to Fairsure more than a month ago, and to date there has been no resolution. Despite numerous follow‑up calls, I have not been issued with a reference number for my claim. Calls frequently get cut off, and when I am transferred to the relevant department, no one responds or returns calls. On the few occasions that I do get through, promises are made but never kept, with no clear communication on the status of my withdrawal or realistic timelines for payment. Each interaction results in conflicting information, and no accountability. This ongoing lack of communication and administrative inefficiency around a time‑sensitive Two‑Pot withdrawal is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary stress. Clients should not have to chase continuously with no feedback or progress. I am requesting urgent intervention, a proper reference number, and finalization of my Two‑Pot withdrawal without any further delays.
The school refuses to return my money after I advised them not to debit my account. No one is ever available to answer emails or take phone calls, and they are so adept at it that they entirely go quiet and never react no matter how hard one tries. I am desperate for the money to be returned, but it does not appear like they are willing to do so. What a bad school, and what a way to start the school year, and what a lesson to learn.
