We have been these very expensive money makers company for almost 2 years unfortunately, i did not read the contract and only find about yhere massive thumb sucking prices after expensive invoicing! today i changed my internet provider and we only needed the printer password to reconnect to new line and they ask me R 480 just yo help over the phone! and R990 of they come here to tupe in a password for 3 seconds!! they are the world most expensive dail light robbbers in South africa! i pay over R 3200 pm rental on this s****, saty away from them you gone regret there after care as there is only after money care!!!
My first half month at Hero tel and already problems, they give price and we signed agreement, 13 day into use ad they cut my internet, no call, no email, no warning!!! i called nad they said the amount is more then what they stated as they take money upfront for the next month!! so i paid yesterday afternoon and still waiting to connect , they just dont care about people at all what a useless company!!! they mist come ad removed there **** urgent or ill burn it!! i jave. business to run!!!
i am waiting 3 hours online for a agent just to tell me if she can help me qith a connection as a new customer for internet in Bela-Bela! wow imagine how long will it take to get a installation done amd the service if ay, no thnaks ill pass
My wife is on urgent medications and click told me they don't have on Monday, it's now Thursday and they didn't call, I tried to call 9 times today no answer at Bosveld mall. Already paid. Why ??? I could have got the meds from some other pharmacy if you did not ****.
Been 3 months since i tried to withdraw my funds, all documents was except a d in January i called after 45 time i got an answer that said my money will be paid in February. I cant get hold of them as they never answer to any emails, i tried 9 times and they just have an stupid machine that answer and you hold on for hours. They are useless
I am waiting more then two weeks to find out if my documents are received. They don't answer there phone and only send mail once said they will contact me in 48 hours it's now tweo weeks later and no reply.
We bought a generator from Game stores in Belabela the 12 December 2025, we wanted to start is but the battery is dead. I mailed Game and got no response, I went there on Sunday morning and reported it, 2 male persons said the battery can't die and just look at me like I am stupid. I paid R12000 for a unit.
Micra hardware on Belabela I bought a weldingmachine within t min i toke it back as it was the wrong application machine, first they refuse to take it back, then they toke ot back and said they dont have any money to repay me, and promised thatthey will repay me cash R3000 saterday, its now. Monday 14h00, i drove there now, still they dont have money!! Total f bull ****!!!!!!!!!!!! I want my mo ey now!!!
2 weeks ago i was ****med via the caoitec app frim so called netflix, i called the bank immediately and went there to stop this interational fees ans ****, now Capitec want to charge me fees on this **** , how????? Look like i must move to a other bank immediately as Capitec protect thisf and *****sters
I ordered a card machine from capitec, i wa ted the machine to be delivered at my work this week in Chloorkop kemptonpark, the woman on the phone i just spoke to cant understand at all, she has no sence. She said there is no place like chloorkop in Johannesburg only in Boksburg, but i live and stay in Chloorkop!! Please Capitec where do you get allthis 35 % passrate workers??? Noi have to cancel and get my amoney back thats gone take a year again!!!
