very slick and expensive ******
We have been these very expensive money makers company for almost 2 years unfortunately, i did not read the contract and only find about yhere massive thumb sucking prices after expensive invoicing! today i changed my internet provider and we only needed the printer password to reconnect to new line and they ask me R 480 just yo help over the phone! and R990 of they come here to tupe in a password for 3 seconds!! they are the world most expensive dail light robbbers in South africa! i pay over R 3200 pm rental on this s****, saty away from them you gone regret there after care as there is only after money care!!!

Litterbugs
I haven’t associated myself with the business. But I’d just like to share that I was driving behind one of their vehicles and the driver chucked a plastic packet out the car onto the side of the road. Definitely not going to support a litterbug company it’s disgusting that people still do this now days. Zero empathy for our environment.

BAD SERVICE
Service is terrible, placed order for toner on 02/10/2023 had to follow up daily and they came with lots of stories instead of just sending toner - to date still no toner 05/10/2023 and we have run out of toner completely. Too quick to take your money monthly but not good on service.

IT Service fraudsters
they fail to provide printer cartridges even though you have a service and toner supply agreement. because you print too much on a printer which you already pay rental , and per page printed , and per page scanned and per page copied. yet they refuse to provide toners because they say you print too much.

Smart Office Connexion Durban and Daisy Business Solutions
I am totally frustrated with Smart Office Connexion ..We have an Internet cafe in Shelly Centre but cannot operate due to Simone Sewerpersadh not processing the black toner that was ordered on the 15 November . I followed up on the 18th November and was told that I did not make yield on the copier and I must pay R580 . I duly signed the quotation and sent it off . I again queried and she says she did not receive it. I sent it again . I followed up this morning and I am told they do it as soon as they can .This is the second time now that this has occurred and I think this lady Simone Sewpersadh does this to annoy the customers. This contract was taken out with Daisy Business Solutions and they promise you the earth but when I contacted the sales director in Durban Andrew he said he cannot help me So definitely 2 companies to stay away from Daisy Business Solutions and Smart Office Connexion KZN

Very Very Bad Service. Stay away from these guys.
The most useless company. Nothing but issues at every turn. Faulty machine. Never works .Cannot order toner. Excuses after excuses. No customer service. No one at the company seems to care. Stay away from these guys.
