I made a two pot withdrawal on the 3rd of March 2026 but I am still waiting ππ this is uncalled for!! It means even when I go on pension or I die it will be a struggle to get my money π‘π€
I have been disputing a debit order for a value added product that I don't need and the consultant keeps on saying it can't reversed or stopped. Where will my money be safe? Why would the third party have so much power over the custodian of my hard-earned money??
I have been disputing this value added product on my FNB app but this company has locked the debit order. I don't want this product anymore!
I've never seen such a terrible service providerπ£ They ignore emails, WhatsApp text and you cannot call them!! Wgt are tgey still in business!??? Surely they have to comply with some regulations but niks. I want my refund, just cancel the order and pay back my money.
I reported a fault on my 3months old fridge and it took Rentoza almost a month to come pick it up for repairs. I had to scream and kick for them to respond or give an update on progress then eventually they notified me that they were coming to deliver a fridge. I made it clear that I do not want a repaired fridge and LG is willing to replace it as it would be unfair to me to have a repaired fridge. They brought the old one and it worked for few days then it's doing the same thing again ππΎββοΈππΎββοΈ They are ignoring my texts, nobody tells me what the way forward is.
I submitted the funeral cover claim at Pretoria North branch on the 25th January 2025, submitted all the required documents to the consultant. On Monday 27th I got the message that I should send the death certificate as it was not received! I resubmitted but no confirmation or acknowledgment by capitec, there was no communication from them. I called them yesterday and they told me that the certificate is not visible which makes me wonder that is this their delay tactics or excuse not to pay???? I used the same documents to claim from two other reputable insurers and my claim was paid within hours of submission. I wonder if it's time to review my policies that I have with capitec and consider getting a company that shows up in time of distress than people that will have excuses when payment has to be done!!!!! π‘π€π€π€ I should be grieving my mother but now I have to worry about money that is due to me!
I made an order on the 23/11/2024, I paid the subscription money and got verified and was promised to get the fridge within 14 days but it's been more than a month now and I am yet to get the fridge delivered. They even deducted the money for December so which means I am paying for something I don't have π
I did a quote for a medical aid for my unemployed son, the quote was R1600, then comes the time for debit order they deducted R3400 on the 26. I reversed the debit order then this morning there was double the amount(6700). Why are you doing an unfair business practice? You're causing all these stress and bank charges????? I don't want your product anymore, give me back my money.

My son attends at your pretoria campus please attend to this matter. Lecturers are mostly absent and at the moment they don't have lecturers for some modules. I am paying full price for the said modules but there's no adequate staff. Please also train your staff on how to interact with customers or students, the finance staff is worse especially Londiwe they must stop being rude or treat customers and students as if they are studying with NSFAS because we're paying a lot of money to be treated as such. Your staff is always absent or galavant the town and not doing their job. They are very unprofessional, I'm really disappointed in Damelin as an institution that has been there for years. I trusted you to offer the best tertiary education!!!! π π‘
