Lose packages without compensation to their clients
This courier service is the worst. They lost my daughter's matric certificate sent by Brima Logistics from PTA to Piketberg. They have not communicated with us to let us know what's going on. We had to find out from a third party courier service they lost the parcel. There is no paperwork or waybill available from them to track our parcel, instead they just ignore us and claim they didn't lose it. There is no company number or manager to contact. Instead we have to deal with a driver that can't even communicate property0 replies

Capitec stole our money
Capitec deducted R43000 from my business account. Fulufhelo hangs up on us when we asked him why it's not been allocated to our instalment account. Uresh ask us to send him bank statements? The money has been deducted 3 weeks ago, and it's just gone. Capitec business stole our money with no explanation where it is1 reply
