This courier service is the worst. They lost my daughter's matric certificate sent by Brima Logistics from PTA to Piketberg. They have not communicated with us to let us know what's going on. We had to find out from a third party courier service they lost the parcel. There is no paperwork or waybill available from them to track our parcel, instead they just ignore us and claim they didn't lose it. There is no company number or manager to contact. Instead we have to deal with a driver that can't even communicate property
Capitec deducted R43000 from my business account. Fulufhelo hangs up on us when we asked him why it's not been allocated to our instalment account. Uresh ask us to send him bank statements? The money has been deducted 3 weeks ago, and it's just gone. Capitec business stole our money with no explanation where it is
It's now been 33 working days, and no pay out. Also, your resolution officer didn't give me any resolution. They just gave me excuses and insisted that your assessor give me regular feedback. The only feedback I got from your assessor was when I contacted her. So, last week, I didn't make any contact. Guess what, never heard from your assessor or resolution officer. And then I have to hear that you are investigating the questions I answered. But you have my medical records from six years before I even took out your policy. This makes me think you only looking for reasons to not pay me out ,and I have to wait indefinitely for you to find excuses for you to not pay out. My next review will probably be regarding this issue
"Hassle-free claim pay-outs Once 1Life has received all of the documentation needed to assess the claim, it may be paid out within 10 working days" This is what 1Life says for their dread disease claims, hassle free and pays within 10 working days. I have been waiting for 21 working days with no answer from the assessor. All I get, is ignored call backs, and after phoning repeatedly, she finally phoned back. Her response is she is waiting for doctors response back. Do not advertise your hassle free 10 day payout. I been phoning from my hospital bed repeatedly. Begging for some answers, since I lost my business and I can't pay my bills currently. I urgently need some money to pay my bills and help with my illness expenses, while 1Life takes their time to look for a reason to not pay me for my dread disease policy. I have been a client of 1Life since 2016, and have been a loyal client. Now I get treated like this in a time when I re**** on my insurance provider to take care of me.
We where contacted by Momentum for a payout for my mother FundsatWork policy. This was September 2024. Getting all the paperwork work done and spending a whole day at the Masters office to send them the required documents, the now giving us the run around 7 months later. They keep on saying someone will phone us back, but they never do. We even got an email saying they are liquidation Good day Adrianna, Thank you for contacting momentum Corporate. Kindly note that we are waiting for confirmation from our legal department with regards to the claim, as the company is under liquidation.
