Cloud Juice in Centurion is one of the worst most unreliable places to order online vaping equipment. A few months back I have placed and order on which they have send me an email to confirm that they have stock on everything with the amount that I needed to pay, which I did. When I received the order it was incomplete and I took a photo and called the owner. He explained that they are busy moving shops and he is in the process off training new staff, and he will rectify it, which he never did. Again I placed an order Saturday, 17 December 2022 with them as they say on their sight that they will send confirmation of the amount to be paid once they confirm their stock. which is good. I received an email from them stating that they do have the stock with the amount of R840-00 including the delivery fee of R130-00 stating that they have the stock. I Paid the money over to them on Saturday, 17 December 2022 and now 2 days later they send me a whatsapp stating that they made a mistake and do not have the stock? How did they confirm that they have stock and now all of a sudden they do not have stock now that I paid them? I requested them to cancel the transaction and refund my money, but now they must first talk to their manager to approve it and wait for their account to reflect the payment. On my banking app I have loaded that a notification be send to them via email for the transfer of the money when I did the payment. Now they are full of stories. DO NOT TRUST ANY COMPANY WHEN IT COMES TO ONLINE BUYING.
