Cloud Juice in Centurion is one of the worst most unreliable places to order online vaping equipment. A few months back I have placed and order on which they have send me an email to confirm that they have stock on everything with the amount that I needed to pay, which I did. When I received the order it was incomplete and I took a photo and called the owner. He explained that they are busy moving shops and he is in the process off training new staff, and he will rectify it, which he never did. Again I placed an order Saturday, 17 December 2022 with them as they say on their sight that they will send confirmation of the amount to be paid once they confirm their stock. which is good. I received an email from them stating that they do have the stock with the amount of R840-00 including the delivery fee of R130-00 stating that they have the stock. I Paid the money over to them on Saturday, 17 December 2022 and now 2 days later they send me a whatsapp stating that they made a mistake and do not have the stock? How did they confirm that they have stock and now all of a sudden they do not have stock now that I paid them? I requested them to cancel the transaction and refund my money, but now they must first talk to their manager to approve it and wait for their account to reflect the payment. On my banking app I have loaded that a notification be send to them via email for the transfer of the money when I did the payment. Now they are full of stories. DO NOT TRUST ANY COMPANY WHEN IT COMES TO ONLINE BUYING.
Very poor service received, ordered parts 28 March 2022 which showed available on catalogue, received notification 5 April that parts is in dispatch. Received later call from a lady that they do not have all the parts. Kept sending emails to no avail. After more than 2 weeks requested refund on my payment, but still did not receive anything.

<p>I have purchased a OVHD decoder, Saturday, 15 July. At home did the setup and send the text to *120*6843# for the activation of the decoder, only to receive a message back that they are expriencing delays and it could take up to 6 hours for activation. I have since then tried every 6 hours to activate the decoder but still it has not been activated.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried calling their call centre on more than one occasion with nou luck as you keep on holding for an operator but never gets through to speak to an actual operator. Wasting of airtime and even from my office calling them but only gets placed in a que.</p> <p> </p> <p>On their sight their is a notice for how long looks like the beginning of 2017 that they are experiencing problems</p> <p> </p> <p>I have send emails to them with no reply as I have included my own and my wifes contact numbers with the STB ID: 31 3 ********** 07 and still no responce to them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Strange that when I wanted to purchase the decoder from Pep stores they told us that people are having issues to get them activated, but still I went to house and home and spoke to one of their consultants and they told us that their is no issues with the OVHD decoders, so I purchased one.</p> <p> </p> <p>And now I'm stuck with a decoder that has not been activated</p> <p> </p> <p>This service from OVHD id worse than terrible</p>
