Delayed Response, days delayed parcels, no delivery and empty agreements

My experience are the worst!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!

Booked parcels through them gave tracking to customer from the date of the booking up until the 26th of November no movement. Phoning nor sending WhatsApp works, no response WHATSOEVER. IT'S the 9th today, they promised the parcel would be delivered NO DELIVERY AT ALL!!! Every Excuse are customers are not answering but customers are not getting calls at all.

Phoning me and telling me the customer does not want the parcel as it is wrong just to find out they swopped the waybill so the wrong parcel went to the wrong client.

Really thought this would be the one company that goes the extra mile but definitely not. They absolutely PROMISES you that but again another False Promise!!!
