My small business has been with Cloud for about a year now. We have had great service and minimal breakages compared to our former courier partner. The respect for our packages has been unmatched!

Pathetic - waited 8 days for a oarcel to be delivered. Could not track online. Had to phone Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Kimberley. Just to be told no they thought it was a business (was a home adress) and they thought it was already closed. Only to be delivered 2 days later as it is not on their route today. Sorry. So in total waiting 10 days

Only gave a one star because zero aren't a option. I bought a christmas gift online and the company used cloud logistics as a courier service. Our parcel was send to secunda and was not on time before we needed to leave for holiday. One the 13 December 2024 we redirected the parcel to our holiday destination with the promise it will be on time for christmas. On Thursday 19 December with a struggle we got hold of a person who can help us. Our parcel was still in Secunda. With a promise our parcel will be delivered on the 24 December. No delivery!!! The delivery company in PE is closed and only will be opening in January. What a joke!!! Bad service. Will not recommend.

My experience are the worst!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!! Booked parcels through them gave tracking to customer from the date of the booking up until the 26th of November no movement. Phoning nor sending WhatsApp works, no response WHATSOEVER. IT'S the 9th today, they promised the parcel would be delivered NO DELIVERY AT ALL!!! Every Excuse are customers are not answering but customers are not getting calls at all. Phoning me and telling me the customer does not want the parcel as it is wrong just to find out they swopped the waybill so the wrong parcel went to the wrong client. Really thought this would be the one company that goes the extra mile but definitely not. They absolutely PROMISES you that but again another False Promise!!! Be VERY careful

Extremely bad service. This Company tells you that your parcel was not handed in by the Service Provider where I purchased items from when we contacted them. But the delivery guy stands right in front of you with the parcel. Then they bad mounth the Company that sends the parcels you purchased. Waited way longer that lead times to receive the parcel as they dont know what they are doing. They dont phone when they deliver even when they say they do. Rather use a more reputable company. There is no customer service and no one willing to help when you want to track your parcel

Extremely bad service. This Company tells you that your parcel was not handed in by the Service Provider where I purchased items from when we contacted them.
