I bought a Bed Sleeper Beds (cloud nine) end of July it stood unused for 1 month we where busy painting when we started using it in August 2 weeks into August the bed started sagging on both side where we sleep. So you laying in a ditch. We complained and CLOUD NINE BEDS came to fetch the the bed in 20th of October and brought a new bed. 2 weeks into November the new bed did the same. They then said we can have a upgrade for the inconveniences but 2 weeks later they emailed Sleeper Beds and said the upgrade I need to pay the difference in. After 2 months of uncomfortable sleeping. I will not recommend no one to buy a cloud nine products.
