This group thinks its fine to phone at 4:15am , 4,46am, 05:16am !! This is totally unacceptable especially as I never contacted them to contact me.
I have emailed 3 different email addresses to give them a chance to respond yet I have had no response. I will NEVER book anything with them if this is how they treat prospective customers .
I don't understand how they think it's fine to harass people especially at that time of night .

23 Jun 2022, 11:51Charne Smith gave me a call , explaining that it was a computer glitch and that myself and 1 other person was called .
She graciously offered me a voucher for the inconvenience ( which I said was not necessary )
And said that their team was sorting out the problem .
Was nice to have someone reply
