STAY AWAY!!!!

If your insurer refers you to this company, do yourself a favour and request an alternative. I have had the worst experience with these people. An absolute nightmare. I took my car in for repairs and in the process of fixing it, they broke something in my boot that was completely unrelated to what I had taken my car in for. It has since been a nightmare of back and forth trying to get them to fix this mess. They are unresponsive. If I could give them a zero, I would!
