I placed an order with CM Clay Bricks and Tiles and paid in full upfront for bricks. A delivery date was confirmed, but the goods were never delivered as agreed. Communication was responsive; however, I was repeatedly given excuses about transport issues and trucks being stuck at the quarry. After more than a week of delays and no delivery, I requested cancellation of the order and a full refund. The company agreed to refund me and made several promises that payment would be processed. I was told that cash deposits would be made and was asked for bank confirmation letters and additional documentation. Despite these assurances and repeated follow-ups, I have not received any refund to date. This experience has been extremely frustrating. Payment was taken in full, no goods were delivered, and the promised refund has not been honoured. I strongly advise buyers to exercise extreme caution, avoid paying in full upfront, and ensure proper buyer protection mechanisms are in place before proceeding with any transaction.
