Ordered a driver side wing mirror for my Ford Club Gag 2.2 Diesel in mid December 2025 paid in full for the mirror. I keep calling parts department every two week latest reply from this department shipment on its way waiting on ford head office factory to send same. This week Wednesday 11 03 2026 called the Dealer Principal he promised to follow up immediately and HE would call me back on the same day. To date no call received back from the dealer principal waiting patiently for his call three days later still no call. I use to also service my LDV with them but stopped middle of last year as their service department is also as useless as their spares department

I would like to share my experience dealing with CMH Ford Ballito over the past few months. In August last year I had a reconditioned gearbox fitted on my 2014 Ford Ranger and this month I did a 260 000km service and had the alternator belt and tensioner replaced on the same vehicle. Between August last year to June this year I spent a total of R91,412.13 at CMH Ford Ballito but the service I received was absolutely terrible! There is a total disregard for customer satisfaction at CMH Ford Ballito and the only reason that I, like many other customers, have to put up with their BS, is because they are the only Ford Dealership closest to my location. I have been servicing and repairing my vehicle at Ford Ballito for the past ten years and mind you, there was a time when visiting the Dealership was an absolute pleasure...now it's a total nightmare! On my last visit, I dropped off my vehicle at the Dealership on the 9th of June, I contacted the Dealership yesterday, 26th of June, to inquire about my vehicle and was told that my vehicle was ready three days ago but they failed to communicate that to me. What I see, is a pot brewing at the service department at CMH Ford Ballito and it is a mixture of incompetence, lack of communication, negligence and just a total disregard for customer satisfaction and if Ford S.A does not intervene and these people are left to their own devices, this pot is going to boil over.

I would like to share my experience dealing with CMH Ford Ballito over the past few months. I purchased a vehicle from the dealership in January this year and took delivery on the 12 January,we had made it some request on the some faults to be repaired on the vehicle before taking delivery, which we were assured was done,however after taking the vehicle home we discovered that the wheel that was to be repaired was moved to the drivers side of the vehicle,which was on the front passenger side when we inspected the vehicle when purchasing,I called the salesman and complained.He told me that it was due rotation of the tyres when balancing that this was done and he also did not notice this,I accepted this exaplanation and made arrangements for the vehicle to go the dealership to have the wheel repaired around the 8 or 9th February. Upon receiving the vehicle back from the dealership we noticed that the repair done but could see the rim was the wheel not 100% and again I called and was told this is the best they can the wheel and I should not have any issues. This Sunday (9 March) I had pressure filled in the wheel in question at a service station and I saw the pressure dropping while filling in pressure and asked the attendant to put foamy water around the tyre to check where the leak is from and found it’s around the bead of the tyre,which means the tyre may not be fitted around the rim and losing pressure. I spoke to the dealer principal Mathew Buck and after several emails sent me an email that he not responsible and will do anything about it. I don’t think this is fair as the repairs was done by the dealership.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership. In the span of just two weeks, they damaged my vehicle twice and had to repair it both times. The last repair took a full week at a panel beater, yet the quality control was lacking, leaving me with a relatively new vehicle that now has a defect. While they have committed to repairing it to Ford standards, there has been no communication regarding the next steps since February 14, 2025. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. After six years of loyal support, it’s disheartening to say that I can no longer endorse or recommend this dealership.

I sent for ballito and email to find out some information, I contacted the branch to check if they had some record of a cambelt replacement for a vehicle that was purchased through Ford umhlali. My regular services where done with Ford ballito.... According to my knowledge the vehicle should have had it done at 120000km.... According to servuce department it was not done and was under warranty. I am now nearing to 195000km and called to query why this was never done and if it was in fact ever done... I received an answer that at time for cambelt changed it was never done... This poses a huge problem and a liability. I did ask for service manager to co tact me back to no avail. I have also contacted Ford complaint and they send me back to branch which are not helpful at all.

I did not purchase a vehicle, i have app**** for job, althou i have over 10 years sales experience in another field and not vehicle sales, the sales manager Mr Greg Massey Hicks took the time to respond to my email and was polite and kind! I really appreciate it as it gives me hope in finding a career in the dealership space, i will keep on applying! Thank you Mr Greg👌

I did not purchase a vehicle, i have app**** for job, althou i have over 10 years sales experience in another field and not vehicle sales, the sales manager Mr Greg Massey Hicks took the time to respond to my email and was polite and kind! I really appreciate it as it gives me hope in finding a career in the dealership space, i will keep on applying! Thank you Mr Greg👌

I bought a car in february 2024, i had and accident i reported in my insurance company they wanted all document including the service book , only to find there was nothing written on it but i was told the car has been service twice since it a demo , i asked them they said it a mistake on their side they will send me invoice showing that iwas serviced but also send invoice which was not sign no stamp , i said to them how will i nkow that the car indeed was service since ther is nothing that shows , i feel like physically it was not touched, i tried to speak to them yo do the service they refused , i asked for fotage showing the car service done in their work shop they said they dnt have. I feel like i was ****** the car was never done the services hence rhe services book is clean , they told me to go to any proton garage to check in system , i went to prton pmb, the system show nothing about my car , later they claimed that i should have gone to ford cmh the manager gave me wrong info. Pls helo me to expose them cos it look like they normally do that to females

The worst service i have received from a dealership. I regret getting a Ford vehicle. I booked my vehicle in for a 160 point check, which was done and a report was produced with a few issues which most i was aware about. I then asked for a quote to fix these issues but it seemed like the technician and service Lady Samke Gida were now unaware of what parts i needed to purchase to fix my car. I then brought it back for the Aircon and Wiper pipe which needed to be replaced. They proceeded by diagnosing the vehicle again and then said the parts they ordered initially didn't all arrive only one was missing. They couldn't release my car because i needed to pay a deposit so they can keep the parts, which i did, and a new date of the 20th of March was confirmed for the parts to arrive and the next day my vehicle would be fixed. I then received a call from Samke asking me not to rate them badly when i receive the call from head office since the vehicle is not fixed and the rating is based on the workmanship. I was stunned because the survey is based on customer service. Anyway, i waited till the 20th which i then gave them a call to ask what is happening and they said they would call me back. They called the next day to say the parts haven't arrived yet and a new date needs to be scheduled which is the 29th of March. I asked for Samke to talk to her supervisor and give me a call before the close of business, which i have not yet received.
