The worst service i have received from a dealership. I regret getting a Ford vehicle.
I booked my vehicle in for a 160 point check, which was done and a report was produced with a few issues which most i was aware about. I then asked for a quote to fix these issues but it seemed like the technician and service Lady Samke Gida were now unaware of what parts i needed to purchase to fix my car. I then brought it back for the Aircon and Wiper pipe which needed to be replaced. They proceeded by diagnosing the vehicle again and then said the parts they ordered initially didn't all arrive only one was missing. They couldn't release my car because i needed to pay a deposit so they can keep the parts, which i did, and a new date of the 20th of March was confirmed for the parts to arrive and the next day my vehicle would be fixed. I then received a call from Samke asking me not to rate them badly when i receive the call from head office since the vehicle is not fixed and the rating is based on the workmanship. I was stunned because the survey is based on customer service. Anyway, i waited till the 20th which i then gave them a call to ask what is happening and they said they would call me back. They called the next day to say the parts haven't arrived yet and a new date needs to be scheduled which is the 29th of March. I asked for Samke to talk to her supervisor and give me a call before the close of business, which i have not yet received.
