20 Dec 2023, 16:004 months after my previous review and after eventually complaining to MIOSA, I finally have a replacement spare key. It was an extremely drawn-out and stressful experience, and at every step I encountered lack of communication, lack of attention to detail, lack of effort and lack of care. In total, I drove 410km to their shops and back in order to fix their mistakes, they compensated me for half that. Overall, I would not recommend doing business with them.
