We were sold a faulty brand new car now they can't even help fixing the problem

Bought a Proton X70 in June 2024, the car started giving us problems within 3 months. When we reported to our sales person who failed to assist. Even today (14 July 2025) the car is still having the same issue when we called about it, the sales man told us to trade the car in. I'm so upset.
