I initially bought a used Mitsubishi ASX that looked good on the outside and drove well for short distances when test driving it. The problems started when I drove it hard on the highway. It turned out the vehicle was involved in an accident but they never bothered to let me know. I took it to an assessor who confirmed it. Unfortunately for me, I went to the same dealership to buy another used car, this time, there were add-ons to my contract that inflated the sale price. I only saw the discrepancies when I requested a copy of the contract from the bank.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the level of service received at Honda The Glen. We purchased our vehicle about 3 years ago from this dealership and have since brought it in for servicing. Unfortunately, on the last 2 visits, the vehicle was either not washed at all or was washed to an unacceptable standard. This is particularly disappointing given that a basic wash is typically included as part of a standard service. What is more concerning is that this matter was raised directly with the dealership after the first occurrence, yet there has been no noticeable improvement. This suggests that customer feedback is not being adequately acknowledged or acted upon. At this stage, we are seriously considering taking our vehicle to an alternative dealership, as we have lost confidence in the consistency and quality of service provided. We request that this matter be given urgent attention and that appropriate corrective measures are implemented to ensure a better customer experience going forward

Looking for a replacement vehicle after oer car was ****** I found a suitable vehicle at CMH Honda The Glen. I arranged for a test drive for my wife and the salesman TJ accompanied us. After the test drive he phoned us two times a day to find out if we were interested in the vehicle and if he can go ahead with the deal. We completed the paper work and then the rot started. I had to enquire 3 times about the vehicles maintenance plan. The day we went tp sign and collect the vehicle was rushed to the wash bay. Receiving the vehicle there was no gift, thank you cards and not cleaned properly inside. The salesman apologized and said he will arrange a gift. We were given a tempory registration stating we shall receive the disc and new number plates within a week. It took more than 3 weeks to receive the disc and number plates after many call and og course the promised gift also never materialized. We bought a second vehicle from another dealership that is not part of the CMH group half the value of my wifes car within a week and had a total different experience with a car that was clean, a salesman that did all he promised and a dealership following up and enquiring about our experience and satisfaction with their service and our purchase.

The overall experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Despite paying for the vehicle in cash, the level of service provided was unacceptable. The vehicle was handed over dirty inside, and even the engine compartment was not cleaned, which reflects very poorly on your dealership’s standards. In addition, your team repeatedly failed to adhere to agreed time slots and appointments, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. This demonstrated a clear lack of respect for customers’ time. Most concerning was the apparent lack of concern from the dealer manager, which only reinforced the impression that customer satisfaction is not a priority at your dealership. This entire experience has been very unpleasant, and based on this treatment, I would not recommend your dealership for second-hand car purchases. The level of service was, frankly, atrocious and far below what any customer should expect. I trust that this complaint will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately to prevent other customers from experiencing the same level of poor service.

Bought a Proton X70 in June 2024, the car started giving us problems within 3 months. When we reported to our sales person who failed to assist. Even today (14 July 2025) the car is still having the same issue when we called about it, the sales man told us to trade the car in. I'm so upset.
