I initially bought a used Mitsubishi ASX that looked good on the outside and drove well for short distances when test driving it. The problems started when I drove it hard on the highway. It turned out the vehicle was involved in an accident but they never bothered to let me know. I took it to an assessor who confirmed it. Unfortunately for me, I went to the same dealership to buy another used car, this time, there were add-ons to my contract that inflated the sale price. I only saw the discrepancies when I requested a copy of the contract from the bank.
I am blown away by the company's customer centric attitude toward me from when I submitted a claim up until the service completed the job.
I am Vumatel's unhappiest client at the moment. The company is enjoying being a monopoly fibre provider in our area, as a result they are showing us the middle finger. I have been withiot fibre since the 15th and all the time my ISP refers me to Vumatel, who happens to be only accessible the ISP.
Peter Makhetha works for Vox telecom and he has been assisting me in trying to get my WiFi outage resolved since Wednesday. Although I am upset that it is taking forever to get a resolution, Tebogo has been holding my hand throughout.
I had paid money using a wrong reference, which was allocated wrongly as a result. Belinda who is the Property Management Accountant, assisted me in getting the allocation righted as a result helping my account not to be in arrears any loner.
