Pathetic service from used cars manager!

Pathetic service from the so-called used cars manager,why advertise a vehicle you cannot sell due to its mechanical issues?instead of apologizing for the inconvenience caused to us he acted even more stupid for a manager,somebody need to teach that dude how to deal with clients
