Bought a vehicle from Mazda CMH Randburg, and I have received the worst experience ever. The red flags were there from the moment the sales person was rushing me to sign the contract. After signing the contract, I asked to leave with my car, however the car was just there no wheels, still at their workshop, now I asked them why did they force me to sign the papers for a car that is not ready. That was on the 29 Dec 2024. I was told I will get my vehicle in 2 days time, 2 days turned into 21 days, then a month, then a month and a week. I was given different courtesy vehicles, that didn’t even have petrol, but when they come collect their courtesy vehicles and exchange they have petrol and they hand over one that has no petrol, I was told I will get my money back but as I’m typing this I feel like I’ve been ****med. Finally got my car on the 3rd February 2024. Old tyres, had scratches, and yellow chemicals on the door, speakers not working, it was a mess. I was promised that they will fix it. That was around the 06 February 2024, they said they will fix it in 2 days time. 2 days became a month. They came to fetch the vehicle on 06 March 2024, on the 07th March 2024, the sales person called and told me they returning the car however it’s not yet fixed. I politely asked him why are they returning the car yet it’s not fixed. He started lying as it’s his job I guess. I told him they must fix the car as he had said they booked the entire day to get my car fixed. I called the dealer principal but he was too busy to hear me out, my contacts were written down but I never received a phone call back, it’s been a week now. Today 14 March I call the dealer again, and guess what, the dealer principal is busy then they take my numbers again, as I type this, the day is over. The sales person is ignoring my calls. So if you thinking of buying a car here, think twice.
