My vehicle Mazda CX3 2Lt, have been in the panel shop since last year 22nd October 2021 until now.The Panel shop cannot start any repairs on the vehicle because, there is a major backlog on parts from Mazda.
I have been very patient and understanding for the past 5 months regarding Mazda’s stock availability of issues.It is becoming very frustrating as my car is not only my mode of transport but also my work as I use the car to see clients and manage my team at stores. This is making my work life very stressful and inconvenient. Again, I have received an email stating another month's wait. I am really frustrated, Mazda is not coming up with any solution, only going in circles and wasting my time!
I would really appreciate if Mazda can provide me with a courtesy vehicle as this is a delay on Mazda side for me not having a vehicle. I am really disappointed in this brand and would definitely re-think this brand in future.
