I have been driving since 1999 and have purchased multiple vehicles over the years. I have owned nine vehicles, and I can honestly say this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. From the beginning, I did not receive what I requested. I feel like I was misled into taking a vehicle that I did not want, and the information provided throughout the process was inconsistent and confusing. Even something as basic as the date of extraction could not be communicated correctly. It felt as though the dealership was only focused on closing the sale, rather than ensuring that the customer actually receives the vehicle and service they asked for. After this experience, I can confidently say that I do not want this vehicle and I do not want anything further to do with this dealership. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.

Mazda CMH Umhlanga Disappointing Experience My mother Roslyn Schuster Bought a brand-new Mazda CX5. All the Window beadings started tarnishing after just 3 months. We tried several times for this to be addressed months later we are still waiting after being told they will get back to us. This is exactly the reason the Chinese competitors are winning the market we also bought a Jetour Dashing fantastic Sales and Service Experience. We still love the Mazda but the really bad service Experience left a bad taste behind. Jetour was super friendly with loads of time taken to explain the Vehicle and Celebration Pick-up with massive Gift Hamper. Mazda just did a basic explainer and Handover the Vehicle had to be sent back to be washed on pickup of a brand new Car for over R 500000.

My journey started with Suzuki in 2020 when I was able to purchase my first new car, and wow what an awesome experience it was. Shorona was the sale's lady at the time and gave me what I can only describe as exceptional service. Fast forward two years later, my car was in an accident and written off. I was in the market for another vehicle. My first instinct was to call Shorona again. She is currently the manager at the dealership but was only willing to welcome me back with open arms to help me in every way she could. After fighting for three weeks with insurance and banks. Shorona and the finance manager Allison were able to assist in sorting out my troubles. They kept me informed every step of the way and made me feel cared for and valued. It's very seldom that I have experiences such as these but Shorona, Allison, Marlin and everyone at the Suzuki team have some sort of magic happening. When I walk through the doors I feel like I am visiting family. A big thank you to you all!!! Would definitely recommend buying a vehicle for them as you will have excellent service for the entire duration of your vehicles life and then still more!

My vehicle Mazda CX3 2Lt, have been in the panel shop since last year 22nd October 2021 until now.The Panel shop cannot start any repairs on the vehicle because, there is a major backlog on parts from Mazda. I have been very patient and understanding for the past 5 months regarding Mazda’s stock availability of issues. It is becoming very frustrating as my car is not only my mode of transport but also my work as I use the car to see clients and manage my team at stores. This is making my work life very stressful and inconvenient. Again, I have received an email stating another month's wait. I am really frustrated, Mazda is not coming up with any solution, only going in circles and wasting my time! I would really appreciate if Mazda can provide me with a courtesy vehicle as this is a delay on Mazda side for me not having a vehicle. I am really disappointed in this brand and would definitely re-think this brand in future.

Went to Mazda Umhlanga this morning around 10am, met Debra the "Service Manager" explained my 2016 CX5 engine came on and asked if a technician could assist to check the diagnostics which I was willing to pay for. Well......we were left in th waiting area while she sat at her desk for an HOUR - when I asked would we be assisted she said "maybe in the afternoon!" I have never met such an unhelpful and "dont care"person or received such arrogance at ANY Mazda outlet. The service at this branch seriously needs attention! We were ladies travelling from Umhlanga to Jhb and needed a little help from Mazda.....this was most distasteful!!!!! Disgusted is an understatement!

After Madza fixed my car it had no fuel. I couldn't even make it to the nearest garage. Writing this from the side of the road waiting for a friend to bring fuel. Its not like I expected them to replace the fuel they used but this is just wrong

Unfortunately My Mother passed and she happened to have bought a car from Suzuki. We have notified them so many time to remove our family from their marketing calls and they simply laugh at us. We do not wish any of them to loose their loved ones and get reminded every other month that she passed on through marketing calls. Every time Suzuki employees or marketing agent profusely apologies claiming they did not know about our tragedy and they will make a note that they don't call us again about my mother's car. Two month down the line apparently someone from Suzuki head office who controls marketing call will instruct unsuspecting employee or agent to call us yet again. Any request to remove us from their marketing calls are simply ignored. Suzuki is very insensitive and making a mockery of our tragedy is really not fun and we wish they would stop calling us. The employees are instructed to harrass us about our tragedy and also instructed never to share with us their supervisor in order to prevent us from escalating the matter further. This i'm sure is in preparation for their ignorance claims as their defense. How would they know if they don't want to be told, how would they know if they don't have any mechanism whatsoever to address issues like our tragedy. To SUZUKI we don't matter, we just jokes.... Have a great lough SUZUKI about our tragedy...., just do your best... keep calling us. we will heal one day.

I have purchased a Mazda CX5 at CMH Umhlanga. Firstly I would like to say thank you for the outstanding service I have received from Mr Noel Zondi the sale-man in New Cars Department. What a humble, down to earth and always find ways to assist and keep customer happy. Thank you so much Mr Zondi keep up the good work you are indeed representing the brand CMH Mazda very well. I had minor query with my seats. However, his Manager Mr Novi Naidoo managed to resolve the matter for me. It was the third time dealing with Mr Naidoo, since I bought my car all through these times Mr Naidoo has tried by all means to resolve my problems. Mr Naidoo from where am standing I have no doubts of your position Sir. You deserve it. You are outstanding and keep up with the good work. I wish CMH Mazda Umhlanga could also recognize your efforts and your input to their company. Customers need to deal with someone like you. Thank you so much you are indeed have all the qualities that define a Good Leader. Keep it up guys!!!
