On the 23 February 2026 , my Mazda 2 overheated while traveling to my place of employment. I contacted Mazda in Umhlanga and I spoke to a Gentleman by the Name of Phillip . He advised I should have my vehicle towed to them which I did. On arrival I was advised that my vehicle will be inspected and they will advise accordingly , I was very patient because I required my vehicle to be repaired . The report has been sent to me which I have on email . The quotation from Mazda was R118 259 that was sent on the 04 March 2026 . I've done follow ups with Budget every day which i have all call recordings for . The claim was approved on the 09 March 2026 for an amount of R84 726 . On the 09 March 2026 I went to Mazda and had a meeting with the service Manager , Vishal . He advised that I will get my vehicle by the end of March . I agreed . I contacted Mazda daily to query the progress of my vehicle . I've been back and forth with Phillip from Mazda . I even asked him for the Engineers contact details because he said that was the delay. He gave me the details on the 29 April 2026 . I contacted the engineer and he advised that he's waiting for a new Engine to arrive. I contacted Phillip and I've advised this is the response from them and it seems like this information wasn't given to Mazda . I requested to speak to the service Manager as this was Abysmal from Mazda. One of the requirements for the job profile is to have a vehicle which I failed to do so for the past 2 months . My vehicle is financed with MFC & I've been using ubers for the past 2 months . I've been advised by my Employer on the 30 April 2026 that my contract of 3 months will be terminated due to me not fulfilling the requirements this has caused a loss of income on my side due Mazda & 3rd parties not being proactive .

Good day I trust you are well I have purchased lays from Checkers Hyper at gateway on the 14 July 2024 I opened the packed of chips to consume today and the chips is soggy and smells awful. Should the matter not be resolved I will post these images for other customers to be aware of the disgusting chips you guys are now supplying. Attached are images for your reference. The above email was sent on the 19 July 2024 . I was asked to send pictures via the WhatsApp platform turnaround time was 72 hours. To date there's no feedback .
I've recently visited PNP - Crescent in Durban . I noticed staff having CHOICE ASSORTED BISCUIT 2KG in they trolleys marked for R120 . I approached 1 of the staff and asked him where i can get he said he got it from the back meaning staff only have access to the stock in the back and not customers. I spoke to the manager and she said the biscuit is short dated so i did advise her that it will be fine and i still want it but my concern is and i noticed it at PNP - Cornubia as well that staff always have first preference to stock or goods so how do we purchase it? This is unfair to the customer as we must pay the normal price while staff benefit from this . I will ensure others are also aware of this if this is not rectified ASAP
I've recently opened an account with standard bank , i encountered the worst experience this past week , funds have been paid into my account on the 25th July 2023 , i tried to use my "own" funds in my bank account to purchase breakfast on Monday - 7th August 2023 and my card declined . i then tried to withdraw cash and my card still didn't work i then called the ***** department (0860 144 627) because my card was blocked . i was told that my card is blocked because they need to verify funds . All my debits didn't go through because my card was blocked from the 7th . I visited the branch on the 8th August 2023 when the manager tried to unblock it and was unsucessful . I called the ***** department 9 times to date . All my funds are in this account i was unable to even go to work due to my funds being in a blocked account , it is now 7 days and my funds are still NOT accessible , STANDARD BANK from my optinion is useless . I will now get my attorney involved in this matter as this is by far my worst encounter as these are my funds and not BORROWED funds from the bank ...
I have been using Vodacom for over 15 years and they services have several deteriorated over these years . I have 4 contracts with them and the service that i am receiving is terrible . I normally use the vodacom app and bank vodabucks and recently they have the feature with Keys that we receive . I have been redeeming keys for PnP vouchers. I received an sms stimulating that there has been a technical issue and we will receive new Wicodes . Yesterday i received an sms stating that i have replacement Wicodes for the Value of R300 X 2 . I went to PnP to redeem those codes and it was only to the value of R30 each . I called the customer service department and they had a terrible issue stating that it was a human error so i did tell them that i still have vouchers that are owing to me and the lady said that i must wait and i will receive it . VODACOM HAS BECOME THE WORST NETWORK WITH SO INEXPERIENCED STAFF
This is the worst experience that i have had from Telkom . I was being debited even after the date that my contract was due to expire (November 2020)I called on the 02/02/2021 to cancel my mobile router contract for the 28/02/2021 however the contract was cancelled on the same day (02/02/2021) . I have called numerous times and advised them of what has happened i spoke to the billings and accounts department and they advised that the number will be reinstated but it will have to be done by the teamleader , bear in mind .. i have also loaded my own 10gigs of data on this router . I have called Telkom Mobile more than 15 times in which i have NEVER received help !!! Your agents are rude and they all give off a different story . What does not make sense is that i have promptly paid this contract and by far this is the worst network .
