Not good with after sales service on used cars. I bought a used 2020 car from CMH Nissan Hillcrest that was licensed to me in January 2026. After a week or so I heard a noise in the brakes and took it back to the salesman. He said, ‘That’s how these cars are.’ No offer to have the workshop look at it. - Then about 3 weeks after getting the car the battery went dead. I had it tested at a battery shop and the print out said it needed replaced. I sent a picture of the print out to my salesman and he said battery companies were just trying to make money. Again, no offer of having the workshop look at it.

I am a vehicle spotter, on the 2nd of December I made an application through Jacques(CMH HILLCREST) as a spotter and the deal was approved on the 5th of December(renault clio) and the customer collected vehicle on the 6th of December . He requested that I send invoice and other documents so he can assist with spotter fee claim I did that as requested. I haven't been paid to date. When enquiring he told the dealership declined my claim and can't pay my spotter fee because the car had an issue I mean how does that involve me? Because Iv done my part of forwarding documents and sending all that's required and getting clients to collect vehicle which is my main job. He promised me that it normally takes 2 working days for the dealer to process payments for spotters. How is the issue with the vehicle sold by you guys affecting my commission. Why do you have to be so unfair. I ensured that the customers collect vehicle and to be told I can't be paid is so disappointing. Plus my customers are not happy at all

Give credit where credit is due.... From the time that I made an enquiry on the website I have had nothing but great service from Jacques Hoffman (salesman) and Allison Noel (Finance) and even a call from Byron (dealer principle). They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I concluded the deal with my Suzuki Ignis 1.2 GLX which I am extremely happy with. Jacques was in constant contact with me throughout the deal which took about 5 days due to the negotiating regarding the finance. Thank you Byron and your team. You are super stars.

This is the worst dealership I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I was told the vehicle I bought was going in for a clutch replacement on Monday. 7 days later the clutch is still not replaced. A clutch takes one day to replace. They keep giving excuses that it's their workshop's fault. I've spoken to Rajen, Chris and the manager Neville Naidoo. All of them are trying to push the fault onto the workshop, no one is willing to take responsibility. Neville promised me in no uncertain terms that my vehicle would be ready today at 12.00. I asked how I'm meant to believe him when they promised it would be ready yesterday (a full week after the clutch replacement began) and he told me it would be ready no matter what and that I can trust him when he gives me a promise. It's now past 12 and it isn't ready. He didn't even have the common decency to call me and let me know it wouldn't be ready, I had to call him. I will never, ever recommend this dealership to anyone and will never use them again. They are unreliable, they lie to you about when they will be ready to hand over a vehicle, and they can't even take responsibility for issues

Worst experience. Terrible customer service. I bought a rim for my car not knowing I was dealing with the worst dealership in all of KZN. I was given the wrong size and when I went to query it, they made it out like it was my fault. They then went to go order the right size for my car (after I already specified in the beginning before I made the purchase), and didn't phone me or let me know that it was on back order. I then went in to cancel the order and get a refund, as I wasn't happy and they havent given my money back. Its been 2 months trying to deal with this and I am over it. If I could give 0 stars I would. #cmhnissanhillcrest #worstdealership

My husband bought nissan navara bakkie pro2 27th September 2021 with Wayne the car was finance with absa, by the 27th October absa didnt deduct installment we contacted Wayne to ask for the contract and when is payment due he told us he's going to speak to the finance lady thobile she never contacted him and he replied he spoke to her and she confirmed 1st installment is due end Nov 2021. WE received call LAST WEEK FRIDAY from absa bank hes in areas he contacted Wayne dealer again, he then tell thobile to contact us and thobile confirmed that the 1st installment was DUE on 25th October. We went to the bank the bank to sort things out and make arrangements only to find out the account number of ny husband was incorrect after we send bank statements and everything they asked. Thats why the debit never went off in the first place. Whe left complains at the branch, only got sorry they cant do anything the deal was done and basically dont care what we are facing now bc they incompetent to put an account no correct in and then to lie still and tell us the 1st payment is only in November 2021 after we asked for contract never received it as of yet had to get the contract from the bank.
