Terrible Customer Service and Experience

Worst experience. Terrible customer service. I bought a rim for my car not knowing I was dealing with the worst dealership in all of KZN. I was given the wrong size and when I went to query it, they made it out like it was my fault. They then went to go order the right size for my car (after I already specified in the beginning before I made the purchase), and didn't phone me or let me know that it was on back order. I then went in to cancel the order and get a refund, as I wasn't happy and they havent given my money back. Its been 2 months trying to deal with this and I am over it.
