Abusive Staff member

I would like to report Thabo Tshungulwane for misusing the company property for his irresponsible personal behavior. He beat me up in a company car he used to drive the white Clio.I did not report the matter as I thought he would change and he did not because he did again last week Saturday in the blue car he is currently driving. How does your organization employ personnel who are abusive towards their partners using the organisation's property.
