Guys ,words cant express how frustrating it is to be a Vodacom customer.We cant get hold of consultants and the Tobi function placed in for self service is failing dismally to meet my related queries. My monthly installment has been inflated was beyond I could have imagined.
I am sick and tired of vodacom poor service.All I want is to change my debit order date and am being given a run around.We can't speak with consultant online.That ToBI functionality is not helpful at all.
It is with sadness that Capitec bankis letting the ****mers using to get away with ******.I was ****med R 86 000 by a capitec user and reported it .I was made to to have an affidavit done.I even sent proof of those ****mers bank accountnumbers which belings to capitec.Now they come back saying they couldn't retrieve my money.You don't have our best interest at heart.I flagged transactions as *****ulent after realizing wad ****med.This is bull****.
I was ****med by two Capitec Holders when I realised less than 24 hours and I reported it as a *****ulent transaction nothing was done.Which is highly disappointing .On the 8th of June 2024 more than R 60 000 ****med and capitec just folded their arms without assistance to date.Yes I may have been at fault for not doing my due diligence but I am truly hurt by the nonchalant treat fr them.I deposited the money to Rand C and Daniel 101 even attached the proof of payment to date nothing form.Tjis has shown that Capitec does not live up to TCF principle as an FSP.Sometimes I am now questioning the Integrity and Honesty

Oh I am angry with a take a lot nonchalant poor customer service.My initial order for a multicolored out she suite case was wrong,I then return for an exchange for the correct colour.To my dismay the exchange is still wrong.How stupid can the personnel be and still breath.

I am highly disappointed with superbalist in delaying my refund payment of R 2131 under order 18670764 ,a refund has been processed on order 19100086 which od recent returned goods. I fail to under stand as to how they can be unproductive.
I would like to express my gratitude to Lindi we Mabizela who assisted with my complaint. I truly am in awe of her diligence and resolving it with care, precision and empathy. She is truly a force to be reckoned to be reckoned as she also took it upon herself to have my premiums which were not to be debited refunded due to negligence.
