I recently tried to reach out to the parts department at the Nissan Pietermaritzburg branch, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I called twice in an attempt to inquire about parts, but both times, my calls went unanswered. This level of service is extremely frustrating and disappointing.
As a customer, I expect timely and helpful communication when reaching out for assistance, especially when it comes to something as important as car parts. Ignoring calls reflects poor customer service and leaves a lot to be desired.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the responsiveness of their staff, as it can significantly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty.
I trust that this issue will be addressed promptly, but for now, my experience with Nissan Pietermaritzburg has been less than ideal.
