Top class service
If anyone wants top class service, coupled with professionalism, efficiency and customer care of the highest standard, then its Nissan Pietermaritzburg, Sanctuary road, that you must go to. Jarryd, a consultant, is truly helpful and ever so kind. Any experience there will want you to return as their service excels above others. I am glad taking my Nissan Magnite Kuro to them, now and always

Top class service
If anyone wants top class service, coupled with professionalism, efficiency and customer care of the highest standard, then its Nissan Pietermaritzburg, Sanctuary road, that you must go to. Promise of worst service
I bought a new car from CMH Nissan Pietermaritzburg in Mar 2025. After taking delivery, I asked (email) the sales lady who sold the car to me to remind her colleague to send me a copy of the contract to me, as was agreed when signing. When she couldn't win, I then emailed the manager or dealer principal Collen to ensure that I get the copy. Unfortunately as I write today, 1st of Jul 2025, I've never received the copy I requested or even acknowledgement from Collen that she received my email. Very sad to be treated like this, as a customer.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Nissan Pietermaritzburg
I recently tried to reach out to the parts department at the Nissan Pietermaritzburg branch, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I called twice in an attempt to inquire about parts, but both times, my calls went unanswered. This level of service is extremely frustrating and disappointing. As a customer, I expect timely and helpful communication when reaching out for assistance, especially when it comes to something as important as car parts. Ignoring calls reflects poor customer service and leaves a lot to be desired. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the responsiveness of their staff, as it can significantly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty. I trust that this issue will be addressed promptly, but for now, my experience with Nissan Pietermaritzburg has been less than ideal.

CMH NISSAN PIETERMARITZBURG: FALSE & MISLEADING ADVERTISING.
I responded to their advertised Toyota Corolla Quest Exclusive only to discover that it wasn't the top level specification Exclusive model but rather the base entry level vehicle that they were trying to sell. A rather ingenious and cunning ploy used to attract attention to their dealership, to then only deny any knowledge of having been aware of wrongfully advertising the vehicle as the top end specification vehicle.
