Car defects

I bought a 2011 VW Jetta 1.4 TSI Comfortline from CMH Opel East Rand on the 19 October 2021. The next day I noticed that the passenger seat does not adjust back & forth because the knob to adjust the seat was missing, I wrote to the dealership but the response I got was they are not responsible. After that I noticed a number of defects on the car like; 1. Thrust bearing in the gearbox is making noise 2. Crack on the windscreen which is now half way to the top of the window 3. the whole lot of warning on the dashboard; i. Airbag warning light ii. Steering wheel warning light iii. Button for driver assist system defective warning iv. Engine warning light v. Breaks warning light 4. Passenger seat adjust knob is missing All of these defects appear within 3 days I bought the car.
