I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from CMH Volvo Fourways and don't recommend to go there. I sent my Volvo S60 for for motor warning light and brake concerns since 31st, July;
they provided a quotation of R28,000 to change some parts, I informed them that I have just changed some of these parts 2 weeks before, but they insist that the parts still faulty, I agreed for the quotation and paid R28000 to order the parts, and waited for 30 days till the parts arrive; the original problems remain unresolved. The vehicle continues to show the same faults, and they asked for extra parts and hit me with extra R22000 for extra parts;
I approved all the requested service/parts and paid R50,000 . However, the service center has failed to provide a solution despite charging me for multiple parts and extended service time. I am facing continuous delays, out-of-pocket expenses, and a lack of accountability from the dealership.
and till now after 2.5 months, they still can't solve the issue and trying to get support from other VOLVO providers, and still waiting,
