Volvo XC60 and Volvo Bryanston Dealership For a state of the art technological vehicle the XC60 battery doesn't last. A very un user friendly car. If the criteria for owning a Volvo is thatVolvo insists that it must be driven an undisclosed mileage for battery to be maintained - then what is the point in owning this car?
Volvo insists: "The current conclusion would be that the vehicle needs to be driven sufficient distances as often as possible and if frequent drives are not possible, then the vehicle needs to be left idling for 5-10min before the initial drive and the vehicle needs to be started and left to idle as frequent as possible."
Additionally the dealership has a terrible customer service level. And Volvo customer experience is equally as bad an unable to resolve my concerns with the car.
