<p>I asked Richardo for the service history of the vehicle I bought with Investment Cars in 2016. He has been unhelpful and showing a bad attitude towards me and what I requested. I first asked him on Friday 28 April 2017 and he said I should send him a photo of the license disc, I sent it to him on the same day. He never acknowledged receipt and I had to call him. He said he got it and asked I wait 2 days. I did, needless to say since then he is unprofessional, no sense of urgency and treating me like a nobody he can just sweep under a carpet. What I asked for still stands and I still require it. He has not given me any feedback infact I have to chase him and still he is not responsive. I don't know what's going on with him but I don't deserve nor need such! The service book has no stamps indicating service history of the vehicle and when I bought the car he told me it is fully serviced. All I need is proof! </p>
