If I could give a zero rating for this company, I would give them just that. I purchased Adidas Joggers online which came extremely big in my normal size and I requested to return them. Getting the return label was seamless but DPD keeps sending me messages every day stating they will collect the item and never do. I have spoken to countless people and I am being sent pillar to post. Thembi, the last consultant I spoke abruptly ignored me and was busy talking to her colleagues while I was explaining my situation, the lady before her (Bonolo) deceived in believing she has requested my parcel to be collected from my home address as I will be out of office from tomorrow and Thembi confirmed that she did not and cannot do it. The number of days I have to return this item is expiring soon and I am travelling to another province and these ladies are refusing to help me stating Adidas will contact me directly. As a loyal customer, I am disgusted at the behaviour and service I am getting from Adidas.
If there was a score below zero, I would definitely rate the FNB Credit Card department below zero coz it’s the worst!!! I had been sent from pillar to post with the same issue for yhe last six months, remove the account from my profile and help me understand and improve my credit because this credit card is affecting my damn score!!! I am unable to do what I need to do because of this damn credit card and this bank won’t even acknowledge my communication. This is the second complaint about the same issue, I feel defeated!
Unsatisfactory service at Mall of Africa!! My customer service complaint I logged 2 weeks ago, still not resolved and yet I was advised I would get response within 48 hours when I logged another one last week about the very same thing because till today the treatment I received at that branch was uncalled for! Following that, I was blatantly ignored by management of this branch and I am definitely never recommending this bank to anyone going forward. They better not say they called me because I was not called 3 times as per your policy. Talk about not living your core values!!! <p>I asked Richardo for the service history of the vehicle I bought with Investment Cars in 2016. He has been unhelpful and showing a bad attitude towards me and what I requested. I first asked him on Friday 28 April 2017 and he said I should send him a photo of the license disc, I sent it to him on the same day. He never acknowledged receipt and I had to call him. He said he got it and asked I wait 2 days. I did, needless to say since then he is unprofessional, no sense of urgency and treating me like a nobody he can just sweep under a carpet. What I asked for still stands and I still require it. He has not given me any feedback infact I have to chase him and still he is not responsive. I don't know what's going on with him but I don't deserve nor need such! The service book has no stamps indicating service history of the vehicle and when I bought the car he told me it is fully serviced. All I need is proof! </p>
<p>I need to send a big thank you to Loyiso Manager on Duty at Virgin Active Sunward Park. This morning after I took a shower in the dressing room I realised my phone and car keys had been missing from my bag. I had a huge fright and quickly ran out to check the car and get help. The car was where I left it and so I now went to the reception area. The two ladies at reception quickly called him (Loyiso) to help and he was at my rescue in no time. He told me lets go to the security guards so that they can watch my car while we go inside to figure this whole thing. We did that and on our way back I told him I want to check again my bags and Id left everything in a mess the moment I went out the dressing rooms. As I checked two ladies in the dressing room were kind enough to lend me a phone so I could try reach mine. We called and there it goes vibrating in my bag. I was so happy and super thankful to them all. My bag has two of the same compartments on opposite sides, something I’ve never really noticed cause I don’t use the bag and that’s were I had left everything. Thank you so much Loyiso and your team. You had a tremendouse amount of urgency for the matter. Thank you.</p>
<p>I just ordered a hawaiin twister and a colonel burger at kfc kingfisher in Sunward park. i went home with the food and when i was eating the twister it had no pineapple, I mean the whole point of a HAWAIIN TWISTER is the pineapple. it was dry and definitly not hawaiin. i live in parkrand and cant just drive back for such. im appauld by the service and want my proper food. </p>
<p>Yesterday, 04/01/2017 I was at FNB Midrand Boulders Mall, I spoke with a woman called Olga and experienced the worst service from her as she did not want to LISTEN to why I was there and further I spent over and hour in the bank to be told by a consultant I did not need to sit in the queue. I spoke to Olga upon my arrival telling her why I was in the bank. She gave me a ticket and said I should take a seat, as she gave me the ticket I told her I don’t think I need to see a consultant, I need to speak to FNB Life but she brushed my knowledge aside and was convinced I need to see a consultant. Needless to say, Bongani Cuba (the consultant I was referred to) could not help me and all the time I spent sitting and waiting did not help either cause by the time the consultant tried to call FNB Life they had already closed. I went back to Olga and when I asked why she sat me down after I repeatedly told her why I was there she was still convinced I had to see a consultant. FNB I don’t know how you train your people but I’m pretty sure they are trained to interview clients effectively. That woman has no sense of care for a client's needs or circumstances. She has wasted my time and problem I had yesterday still persists. I need someone to call me because I will not walk in that bank again. Patrick said he would call today, which he did today but the problem is still unresolved.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
