Pathetic

I'm very disappointed, control room did not relay messages properly to guard that was attending to alarm that was triggered due to load shedding. The guard entered our premises without our permission and shot my one dog bullet went straight through one dog into the the other dogs leg. They are not properly trained, what if a kid was behind the dog... Till today no apology letter and no assistance with Vet bills. Yet it is there stupidity. Both dog are recovering and is fine. But if you have dogs don't use this company.
