I am dealing with Print CMYK now for a while every order of mine they keep on doing wrong. Because of there unprofessional service they are the reason that I am losing clients and I had to compromise my contracts because of them. Books are cut uneaven, orders are incorect. I am the one that has to explain to my angry clients. Today was the last nonsense. Last week I placed an order for a full color book of 30 pages. I clearly mentioned in my email that it should be full colour printed. When I went Friday to collect my order and paid with card I checked my order and all the photos in the book was printed in black and white. Shenda admitted infront of her staff that she did not read the email properly as a result of her unprofessional service i had to give a book to my client and she was devastated. I asked Shenda to print my book over and had to drive all the way back again and now it is costing me money. I send her an invoice to refund me only for my petrol money and told her that it is only the petrol money that needed to be refunded as my contract price was set out according to the price Shenda origanilly quote me on. I am very upset with her irogant and unprofessional behavior as it is not the first time something like this has happened. I will never use print CMYK again and I will warn people not to make use of there services. I have all past insedents in writing. So she paid me back the whole invoice price and now I am sitting with a wrong book, need to search for new printers and yet again she just went and do her own thing as I had specifically told her to only reimburse me with the unnecessary trip I had to take twice and yet she went and did her own thing and not what I had requested on the email.

AVOID!!!! Do not use these printers They will print your order incorrectly (Colour is always wrong - cutting and finishing is completely off. Not to mention delivery)... they will not stick to any deadline. And then when you request a refund (They owe me R16454.20) for an order that was paid for and not delivered, with no refund. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! VERY VERY VERY bad service!!!!!

AVOID!!!! Do not use these printers They will print your order incorrectly (Colour is always wrong - cutting and finishing is completely off. Not to mention delivery)... they will not stick to any deadline. And then when you request a refund (They owe me R16454.20) for an order that was paid for and not delivered, with no refund. NEVER GO TO PRINT CMYK if you live in bloemfontein please don't go to print cmyk the owner is such a horrible person she has no respect for her clients or her staff if you have a complaint she doesn't take it seriously don't waste your money going there I feel more sorry for the staff that has to put up with her. If you looking for the boss she's either outside smoking or she's hiding in her office she doesn't know how to run that place at all if you want to be treated better go to a different print shop she's not the type of person you would want to do business with at all. If you ask her for help or email her she makes it sound like she's doing you a favor

YOU MADE A GROWN MAN CRY. AND IM NOT KIDDING. I CRIED IN YOUR SHOP. Tuesday 12 PM I walked in with a couple of Posters. They said they will send me a quote later that day and if I paid straight away I would have my Posters by the next Monday (Within the 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS that they promised) I walked in the next day at 3 PM and asked where my quote was. They said they will work on it now. It took them 10min. I immediately paid R300+ for my posters. I then said that I will need it by Monday (again) the young lady then said it wont be ready I would then have to pay a rushed fee of 20% extra. I indicated to her that I was there the previous day and if I had received my quote then I would have paid. She then said without any remorse that they dont count Saturday as a business day and that I shouldn't expect to have my posters by the time I need them if I dont pay a rushed fee. ((Is this their money making strategy?)) I went home and just hoped that everything will be ok. On the Friday I received a phonecall that they under charged me and that my total comes to R730. I said ill pay on collection and they agreed. On Monday Morning I called at 10:08 AM and asked that my posters must be ready at 1PM because I have a presentation which my degree counts on. I arrived at 12:45 and they said that they are still trying to extract and process my files. It is now 13:56 and I have received two posters. 3-5 Working days and dont count on getting your degree. With all due respect. Kindly go fornicate yourselves under consent of the King.
