I ordered the 20G Lte Special. They double ordered. I did notice that the bill was R400.00 instead of R200.00 because they said the courier is additional. But I noticed the mistake when 2 routers arrived to my home address, even though I stated that it should be delivered at work... I called them and asked them to fixed the double billing, because the order online did not show 2 routers. And to activate the one i am going to use. The Router I opened was not active for 3 days until I called them again to activate it. That afternoon it was finally active and online. 2 days later I got the debit order for the courier of 2 routers R200.00x2 = R400.00 and next day the depit order for the data R250.00x2 = R500.00 After I have called and spoken to them about it and they said they will fix it. Today I called again, they said someone will fix it before the end of the day... nothing has happened so far. Also there is poor communication between employees. I ask 3 people to put me trough to Mariaan, then I am on hold for 7/8 minutes. Only after the 4 person I called I found out she is off that day.
